This features the vocals of the late great Moe Holmes. I met him In New York in the late 90's while playing with a funk band called Milo Z. He was an old school soul & blues singer. A highly revered member of the Holmes Brothers band. Moe was a walking anthology of music knowledge. If you were trying to sing with any soul, you were trying to sing like Moe. I miss him so much sometimes. He had all these incredible stories of playing music in clubs in New York City and around the world. I'm so glad we were able to make this final recording together before his passing in December 2008. I love you, Moe!
